Paije’s therapeutic approach is centered around creating a collaborative and empowering relationship with her clients. She believes that each person is the expert in their own life, and works to support and guide you as you navigate your journey towards healing and growth.
Paije has experience working with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, relationships, and identity. Utilizing a range of evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based interventions.
As a Black woman, Paije is deeply committed to understanding and addressing the impact of one’s lived experience on mental health. She strives to create a space where you can feel seen, heard, and validated in your experiences. 
Paije’s goal is to help you cultivate greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and resilience. Together, she will guide you in creating a life that feels fulfilling, meaningful, and authentic to you. I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward healing and growth.
